Welcome to Oaks Medical Center
My role as
Clinic Administrator is to plan, manage and direct the overall
operations of our facilities. My primary goal is to ensure that
the systems are in place so that each and every patient receives
professionally delivered, appropriate medical care in a timely
manner. Oaks Medical Center’s staff is dedicated to protecting the
patient’s confidentiality, promoting compassion and understanding
of their individual needs and directing them to other medical and
ancillary services available in our communities as necessary. Our
approach is to examine the needs of the person as a whole, not
simply serving them through our services alone. We have created
greater access for our patients by expanding our operational
hours, physician and mid-level practitioner staff and two
locations. In addition, we have opened our doors to the “walk-in”
patient. If you or your family member should have a question or
concern please direct those to me through our web site, mail or by
calling me at 281.367.1414. Direct feedback from our patients and
our patients’ families is the optimum method for us to continue to
monitor the quality and functionality of our services. I hope you
will take an opportunity to meet a few of our professional staff.
Marilyn
Scheffe, Clinic Administrator
