What Time Do you Accept The  Last Walk-in Patient?

Unlike most medical offices, we welcome walk-ins. However, walk-in patients are reminded that they will be worked in with scheduled appointments so the wait may be an hour or longer.

The I-45 office takes the last walk-in patient at:
               7:00 pm M-S and 3 pm Sunday.

The College Park office in Windvale Shopping Center accepts the last walk-in patient at 4 pm M-F.

 Dexa Scan

Like other organs in the body, bones are constantly changing. Osteoporosis is a condition where bones become weak to the point of breaking. Symptoms of osteoporosis do not occur until a significant amount of bone strength is lost. A medical test is the best way to detect osteoporosis. A bone densitometer is one such test. The bone densitometer issues small amounts of x-ray to measure  the amount of bone mineral. The amount of bone mineral directly relates to bone strength. More information...

 Echo Stress Tests

We are now offering ECHO Stress Tests. The patient is monitored via a 12-lead cardiac monitor with recording at rest, during the test and recovery. The test takes approximately 30 minutes total with only 9-12 minutes on the treadmill.

This state-of-the-art machine allows the attendant to view all 12 leads, captures arrhythmias and has a superimposed image of resting to allow the attendant to see changes earlier.

A Stress Echo is performed on patients who have disease involving the heart muscle or valve, or if a patient is having inappropriate shortness of breath & a cardiac cause is suspected.
